This was filed as a puzzle and as a boss in early keyword notes. Game8's weapon card says it is a two-handed weapon for Kliff. Attack is 43, critical rate is 10, and it has five Abyss slots. The abilities listed are Stamina Transference, Swift I, and Destruction I. The sell price on that card is 138.71 silver. I have not found a second site with the same card, so the status is one source.

The chest is in the Spire of Frost at the Eye of Ice, northern Demeniss. Break the ice on the lantern, light it, go in, and look under the stairs. That is a dungeon step, which is why the old puzzle URL redirects here, but the prize is a sword.
