Crimson Desert: Enhanced, the free 2.00 update

Updated · Patch history

Crimson Desert Enhanced is the name of the game after the free 2.00.00 update. The official site and notice 125 both say owners of the original receive the upgrade automatically. It launched on 25 August 2026. It is not a new SKU you buy again, and it is not a graphics remaster with a published percentage.

Notice 123 lists the concrete changes I am willing to repeat: new story moments and cutscenes, five voiced languages (German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese) plus Arabic interface text, an Abyss Link skill resource, eight new Kliff skills, a per-character skill reset, and the ability to carry currency into a fresh file after you have finished the story. Flying-mount handling options and interface fixes are in the same note.

A download size near 30 GB is something players have said. The official highlight page I read does not print a size, so this page does not either. The comparison with the March build is on the next page. Patch history, including the later 2.04 DLC, is on the updates hub.
